Description

AllocationRequestId is introduced in ~~YARN-4879~~ to simplify the resource allocation protocol inside AM-RM heartbeat. Many new features (e.g. Yarn Federation) are/will be built preferring AllocationRequestId to present.

This Jira is modifying AMRMClient so that when AM is not supplying the AllocationRequestId, it will be auto-generated in the constructor of AMRMClient.ContainerRequest.
