wsdl4j license not included

Description

The license of woden-incubating-1.0M7/lib/wsdl4j.jar seems to be CPL, but there is no mention of this in the NOTICE file and the CPL license text is not included in a LICENSE.wsdl4j file.

The contributed source has always been here [1]. I'll attach to this JIRA.

When Woden started in the Incubator, IBM contributed the WSDL4J source to seed the Woden podling. This source has been at this URL [1] since then. As per best practices, I'm attaching the zip at [1] to this JIRA and selecting the 'Grant license to ASF' which was always the intent - as an IBM employee, I'm do this on behalf of IBM.

Should Woden use a wsdl4j dependency compiled from the attached source drop or continue using the more recent versions from SourceForge? In the latter case the license information still needs to be updated.

Anyway, thanks for the source drop, I'll definitely find use for it elsewhere. :-)

Jukka, As things stand, Woden will carry on using WSDL4J 1.6.2 which is CPL on sf.net. The source code contributed back in 2004 and atfached here was WSDL4J 1.4.

I agree, we need to update the license info and will do that against this JIRA.

Update the NOTICE file. A LICENSE.wsdl4j.html file containing the CPL v1.0 was added previously.
