The current javadoc of wicket is for 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT which is a bit old. The javadoc should be accessible under wicket.apache.org/javadoc for stable referencing which means that once linked from outside it won't disappear and cause broken links.

Update wicket javadoc to 1.3.1 and place it on wicket.apache.org for stable referencing
the link will be updated after every release to point to the latest version of the javadocs (which will obviously be uploaded too).
