Description

All of the settings in vcld.conf should be transitioned to being stored in the database and configurable via the web frontend. The database connection settings obviously can't be removed.

The following need to be added to the gui so the variables can be edited:
vmprofile:vmware_mac_eth0_generated(yes|no)
vmprofile:vmware_mac_eth0_generated(yes|no)

gateway
netmask
sysadminEmailAddress
sharedMailBox

NOT_STANDALONE=(comma-separated list of affiliation names) used to determine with affiliations should not use standalone passwords, currently only linux only
