Description

Some tests in the extended test suite do things like stopping / re-starting brokers. These actions are followed by code which waits for 3 seconds. When run as single tests, these run OK on my machine. When run as the whole suite, it looks like it takes longer than 3 seconds for a broker to restart and the service to get re-connected. I changed this to 9 seconds (6 didn't work) in the test "testSyncClientRecoveryFromBrokerStopAndRestart", for example.

Suggest changing this to not be dependent on timing, if possible.
