[TAPESTRY-163] where are stable/production source/binaries?

Description

it is not obvious how to find the current stable/production code (2.3, i assume)
on the tapestry home page. if you follow the source or binary links you can
only find 3.0-rc3. if the stable/production version is no longer supported or
has vanished or something, could there be a note on the website? if it's just
somewhere else, could there be a link?
