[TAPESTRY-162] weird debug info when running example

Description

i have Tapestry-3.0-rc-3 installed. first i installed the binary build, which
seemed to work fine. then i unzipped the source build over top of that. now
when i run "ant deploy-workbench" (which works fine) and then tomcat, the
workbench seems to run fine, but the debug info is all BLANK. See the attached

what I mean.
