Description

There are currently two issues with the printing of frames, which this task aims to fix:

• Boolean column values are printed as true and false also they should be TRUE and FALSE consistent with our print builtin functions (and R).
• Meta data frames with recode maps are printed misaligned if, for example, the recode map of the second column has more rows than the recode map of the first column.
