Description

This task aims to extend the boolean CLA configuration to the following alternatives: "auto", "true", "false", where "auto" should apply CLA conservatively for matrices that do not fit into aggregate cluster memory and if all operations that would touch the compressed matrix are supported over compressed blocks (to avoid decompression).
