Description

The project Web page (http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi?rev=219774&view=rev) needs to be enhanced to include useful information. See
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-general/200507.mbox/[e-mail]%3e

In addition, the page needs a face lift: it should have the same "look and feel" as the rest of the projects' pages.
