NullPointerException when calling sftp'ing to the server

    Description

      When trying to sftp to the my sshd server, I was getting NullPointerException because handleSubsystem was not fully implemented, but it was returning SSH_MSG_CHANNEL_SUCCESS, causing subsequent requests to happen, while the internal state is not correct.
