Description

Current feature algs (QuantileDiscretizer/Binarizer/Bucketizer/StringIndexer) are designed to support both single-col & multi-col.

And there is already some internal utils (like checkSingleVsMultiColumnParams) for this.

For OneHotEncoder, it's reasonable to support single-col.
