Description

This is a client library for Solr written in Coldfusion. Allows for querying and updating Solr datastores.

This is a big opportunity for the Solr project to mesh with the legendary Adobe ColdFusion server. Getting the project integrated is something that definitely deserves attention.

I don't think there are any solr commiters with access to coldfusion, so it will be hard to get this into an "official" release.

This looks like a single .cfc file – I'm guessing needs to get put somewhere in the coldfusion configs

Perhaps a good strategy for this patch is to create a wiki page on:
http://wiki.apache.org/solr/
and link to the .cfc file in JIRA

ColdFusion is free for download. The code has also been put on a ColdFusion code exchange known as Riaforge.com. A link from the Wiki to Riaforge also works.
