Description

Some of the links at the bottom of the Solr Admin UI are rather out of date.   Specifically we have:

Documentation --> Points to the old Solr part of Lucene top landing page, not the Ref Guide

IRC --> Points to Freenode Web Chat Link, not LIbera.Chat

Mailinglist --> Decrepit old Wiki page, not our primary web page (community)
