[SLING-9330] Path registrations override the servlet resources for parent resource types

Description

The implementation for SLING-9255 can override the initial servlet resources due to the fact that path registrations for inheriting resource types are generated with the scripts of the parents. This will add a sling:resourceSuperType to the parent resources pointing to themselves, which can break the servlet resolution process.
