support DROP ROLE IF EXISTS or CREATE ROLE IF NOT EXISTS

    Description

      For drop database/table/view, we support syntax such as,

      DROP DATABASE/TABLE/VIEW [IF EXISTS]

      Only for role, there is no support for IF EXISTS,

      We might need to consider to add it.
