    Description

      Make sure the implicit privileges assigned to user directly are retried and applied for authorization request. This may require the code change in SentryPolicyStoreProcessor and several other places.

      For example,

      after user_A creates table_B and get "all" privilege on table_B, user_A can insert rows into that table.
