Description

We have a logic in the Sentry plugin in HMS that waits for Sentry to process notifications. We only need to do this for certain operations which affects permissions. In particular we only need to do this on

1. Create database
2. Create table
3. Drop database
4. Drop table

For all other operations there is no need to wait for Sentry notifications.
