Description

Currently KafkaSystemAdmin instantiates kafka.admin.AdminClient with only the bootstrap server url and the zookeeper url from user. As a result KafkaSystemAdmin can not talk to SSL port of broker.

We need KafkaSystemAdmin to accept custom configuration specified by user such as those ssl related configs so that KafkaSystemAdmin can work in Kafka cluster that accepts only SSL-based connection.
