Description

My build on both Visual Studio 2017 and msbuild were not successful due to the same error:

fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'mscoree.h': No such file or directory [E:\reef\lang\cs\Org.Apache.REEF.Bridge\Org.Apache.REEF.Bridge.vcxproj]

It looks like that it's missing a header file mscoree.h.
