Description

Hi REEF Devs,

I was trying to build the latest master branch of REEF by following BUILD.md. I was using Visual Studio 17, and had JAVA_HOME, M2_HOME, protoc set in the PATH.

However, when I was trying to build the project, it gave me this error message:

CS1617 Invalid option '7.2' for /langversion; must be ISO-1, ISO-2, Default, Latest or a valid version in range 1 to 7.1.bq.

Any idea of how to resolve this? Thanks!
