default value for softMinEvictableIdleTimeMillis is set to GenericObjectPool.DEFAULT_MIN_EVICTABLE_IDLE_TIME_MILLIS instead of GenericObjectPool.DEFAULT_SOFT_MIN_EVICTABLE_IDLE_TIME_MILLIS
