Description

I have modified the content of src/docs/src/documentation/content/xdocs/start.xml according to the comments from Community(https://reviews.apache.org/r/45667/#comment198963).
using forrest to generate the start.html by:
ant -Dforrest.home=/home/software/apache-forrest-0.9/ -Dhadoopversion=23 docs.
