Description

Need to add io.netty.netty-all as the dependency, to resolve a lot of UT failures: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: io/netty/channel/EventLoopGroup.

In hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/pom.xml, scope=compile for netty-all. Fix on Pig side
