[PIG-4624] Error on ORC empty file without schema

Description

If ORC produces an empty file without schema (which ideally, it is not supposed to), then pig query reading the data gives the following error - "org.apache.pig.tools.grunt.Grunt - ERROR 1031: Incompatable schema"
