Description

Created an operators package while implementing rank. Should move all operators there. Also thinking of having other packages like plan (TezCompiler, TezDAGBuilder, planprinter classes, etc), plan.optimizers, runtime (TezLauncher, Session mgmt, Jobcontrol, etc)
