Description

TestScriptLanguage, TestOptimizeLimit, TestMRCompiler, and TestLogToPhyCompiler compare text files that were checked-in with text files generated at run-time. Because of differences in things like line-endings between operating systems and even repository/enlistment settings it makes sense to pre-filter newlines.
