Even if the dependency itself is not upgrade to 2.0.3,
the patch on the java source should be applied to ease the migration
or even allow the drop in replacement of cxf 2.0.2 by cxf 2.0.3 or 2.0.4.

Sorry, it seems I forgot a few references to 2.0.2 in ./deps/cxf-all
I'm attaching a new patch to fix these references.

Ended up bumping this up to 2.0.4 so we could use their cxf-bundle jar
