On *nix, run:

./bin/openejb-tests --help

and you'll get an error related to ./bin/test.txt does not exist.

On Windows, run:

bin/openejb-tests.bat --help

and you'll get roughly the same.

Added test.txt to the repository and updated the source for new url to submit bugs.
