Migrated all OpenEJB code to work with Castor 0.9.9.0.

To get OpenEJB to build with this new code, you need to do the following:

Checkout the Castor source: http://www.castor.org/cvs.html
Build the source: CASTOR_HOME/build jar
Copy the dist/castor-0.9.9M2.jar to MAVEN_REPO_HOME/repository/castory/jars/castor-0.9.9.9.jar

After that, you should be good to go. Take care, Jeremy
