Description
Oozie currently relies on Apache Xerces for XML validation and related tasks. The current version of Xerces-J is 2.11.0, which Oozie is using. However, it was released in 2010! It might be a good idea to look into an alternative library that is being actively maintained to make sure we continue to get bug, security, performance, etc fixes.
