Description
if a LauncherMapper is finished, it's state will be retrieved from the RM. But if the job has been removed from the RM memory cache, it gets it from JHS.
However, OYA will no longer utilize JHS. Therefore we have to fetch the status from AHS (Application History Server) if we want to know it's final status.
