[OOZIE-2836] Remove .ps1 and .cmd windows scripts

Description

With OOZIE-2666 Oozie was migrated from Tomcat to embedded jetty. Distro shell scripts were updated, but Windows scripts were not adjusted in distro/src/main/bin.

It would be nice if someone with a Windows machine could fix the following scripts:

• oozie-setup.cmd
• oozie-setup.ps1
• oozie-sys.cmd
• oozie.cmd
• oozied.cmd

and verify that Oozie works on Windows.
