Description

as seen in NIFI-7055, it is not consistent when the passed validator to createListValidator is called.
As changing the behavior will introduce regressions, a new createListValidator like function should be created that uses split(string,-1) such that there are always empty elements returned, and that exclude empty and the validator are always considered.
