Allow UI elements to be pinned

    Description

      If you even slightly move an element by accident, and have the NiFi Registry integrated, it will register the process group as out of sync. The user who discussed the issue with me would like it to be possible to pin individual elements and globally lock down the movement of the elements of a process group once done with editing it.
