Description

When addressing PR comments for NIFI-1295 I discovered that the total queued flowfiles (and size) are formatted differently depending on whether the instance is standalone or clustered. It appears that when merging the responses the formatting is different then when a single instance returns its value.

This is a little tricky as we don't like changing values and formatting in the Rest Api as it could affect folks expecting a particular format when using the Api. However, because the value is inconsistent I think it makes sense to address the inconsistency and mark it in the migration guide.
