[NIFI-4754] When creating a Process Group from selected components, UI should hide the "Import" link

Description

If I select multiple components and then click the button in the Operate palette to create a new Process Group from those components, the dialog shown has a link to import a flow. In this case, the link should be hidden because the idea behind the button is to create a new group from the selected components.
