Description

Currently NiFi provides pairs of processors to transform from format A to format B (i.e., Avro to JSON and JSON to Avro etc.) which rely on schema being defined as part of such processor configuration which essentially couples processor instance to a specific schema. Given dynamic nature of schemas and requirements to maintain schemas in external stores (i.e., schema registries) a more sophisticated model would be to define a common strategy for interacting with external schema stores and set of processors that integrate with such store.
