Description

Commons-Net is supposed to be targeting jdk 1.2, yet project.properties for the
project contains the line

maven.compile.target=1.4

Although some of the incompatibilites were cleaned up in SOURCE earlier, the
release binaries are wrong and cause problems for those who use jdk 1.3.x.
