Description

while working on input location display in verbose help:effective-pom (see MPH-160), I found that input location was not tracked for plugins configuration, ie XPP3 DOM

neet to add this tracking, which requires:

1. a newer plexus-utils 3.2.0 version for https://github.com/codehaus-plexus/plexus-utils/issues/61
2. a newer Modello 1.10.0 version for https://github.com/codehaus-plexus/modello/issues/29
