Description

If we cannot PR it and get a release

• rebrand it to PAR
• expose properties to allow configuration of metadata and file extension

Else

• expose properties to all configuration of the metadata and file extension

• I am not sure how we will host? it will need to be deployed on the build machine to build nars so.
• I am still going to look into just putting a PR up against the nifi plugin, if they take it and deploy
  then we can just use that
