Reorganize the metron-bro-plugin-kafka

    Description

      Currently the metron-bro-plugin-kafka plugin gets installed as Bro::Kafka, which is somewhat confusing based on the way bro packages are currently named/sorted[1]. Based on this, we should align the plugin namespace to run under the owner of the repo, which is apache.
