`make distcheck` fails with standalone Stout and libprocess builds.

    Description

      There seems to be two issues:
      1. Missing $(BUNDLED_DIR)/ in EXTRA_DIST.
      2. Failed to create ar-lib:

      cp: cannot create regular file ‘stout-0.1.0/../../ar-lib’: Permission denied

      This is possibly due to the fact that we hard-code the path for bundled dir to be $(top_srcdir)/.., which is not right for make distcheck.
