Description

The static method checkOrder in MathUtils is a useful piece of code which checks for monotonically increasing or decreasing elements in an array. It would be useful to have a similar method for Comparable. Furthermore, this new method would just return true or false. Unlike the current checkOrder, no exception would be thrown if monotonicity did not exist.
