      Two more incompatibility issues:

      • long[] getArchiveTimestamps(Configuration) -> String[] getArchiveTimestamps(Configuration)
      • long[] getFileTimestamps(Configuration) -> String[] getFileTimestamps(Configuration)

      Changes will break 0.23

      Move the add-on patch of MAPREDUCE-5263 here.
