Description
CleanupQueue and InlineCleanupQueue appear to be dead code. However, they are not marked as private and InlineCleanupQueue is part of UtilsForTests, so they could be used by other projects as part of their testing.
We should deprecate these in branch-2 and remove them from trunk. There is no point in continuing to test dead code.
