Description
In RCs we always need to test everything in Spark pseudoclusters, as bugs occasionally work there way in here (jars not shipping, etc.- things don't always quite the same in a pseudocluster as they do in local[*])
As we profliferate our supported Spark versions, we need to automate this with TravisCI
