LMF performance with GPDB Optimizer

    Description

      LMF performance is reduced when the gpdb optimizer is enabled. It seems LMF creates a corner case where Orca generates a SubPlan for uncorrelated query in the project list.

      Once that problem is solved, we should reevaluate the LMF performance
