Major Description
The KubernetesLookup compares the container name against the app name in the Kubernetes spec to determine if it has the correct container. This won't work when there are multiple containers or when the app name doesn't match the container name. If there is only a single container in the pod it must be the correct container. If there are multiple containers then the container id of the current container must be determined and used to get the appropriate container information from Kubernetes.
