[KYLIN-3358] Support sum(case when...), sum(2*price+1), count(column) and more

Description

Because of not storing raw data, kylin is not able to support all of the ANSI SQLs. For other cases, kylin should support as much as possible. For example, sum(case when...), sum(2*price+1), count(column), etc.
